All financing is structured as Wakala. Pricing is fee-based and fully disclosed. We never describe a product as a conventional debt facility.
Contract structure
Each transaction has a clear underlying asset or service, an explicit fee schedule, and full disclosure of risks.
Governance
Our Shariah committee reviews every product, audit reports are filed with SAMA, and all client-facing copy is reviewed for Shariah-clean language.
